AS400 connectivity error after upgrade

After upgrading from 2020.2.3 to 2020.4.5 I am getting a connection error on my input tools for AS400.  The strange thing is I can run my previously created workflows without issue.  But when I click to edit the sql query on the input tool I get the following message.  My connection is setup with the IBM i Access ODBC Driver that worked on 2020.2.3.  I actually tried to go back to 2020.2.3 and now getting the same Error.

It looks to be like the SSL key can't be found?

25202 - Unable to open the key file. Either the path was specified incorrectly or the file 
        permissions did not allow the file to be opened.

The upgrade could have broken the configuration or it could have been a coincidence, has anything else changed on the machine?

May be worth installing the driver or updating it if there is a new version.

I found the SSL settings and changed as below.  Seems to have solved the problem.  Thank you
