Data Cleansing - unstructured Data

Hello,

I haven't done a lot of data cleansing exercise as of yet.  Can someone help me structuring the attached input data? In this dataset, various products are represented by Product ID codes. The structure of the header columns is repeated throughout the dataset.

Please align each product code into a table with columns headers and its corresponding data: number of units produced, units sold, spoilage, sales, and product launch year.
