Can't upload csv file

When i try to upload a csv file I get an error int he screenshot below.

 

It's an extremely simple csv file, only about 40 rows and 3 columns

Figured it out. I hadn't designated a default S3 bucket for uploads in Preferences > Storage > AWS Credentials and Storage settings
