Hi I received this email and it asked me if i login from another device which i didn't. i want to make sure if this is from the right place.

Hi @Hilina ,

I regularly receive this email when I login from my company's Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment.

I guess the website checks my identity from my environment (IP address, some cookies) of past logins,

but it is cleared when I log out from my PC.

So if you are accessing to the website from VDI environment like me, it can be a cause.

Otherwise, I would recommend you contact the customer support team.
