Issues logging in Alteryx Connect

Hi All,

Upon creation of a new user we are struggling to login with the credentials. We have tested this with 5 different users and recreated the accounts 3 or 4 times before they finally allow us to login.

This is for Alteryx connect. The fields we populate are Email, Alias, Name, Login, and set the password (which we are definitely sure is being typed in right). 

In an attempt to force this through we select reset password which states 'failed check logs'. Any ideas why we're having such issues? I have attached an image showing the account setup and password reset error.

Hi, 

This error can usualy can be seen in case that you reseting password, but mail server is not configured in connect.

(Normaly we send reset password to user by mail)

for user sucessfull creation you need name, email and filled login &password fields. (Note that password need to be bit complex) (If I remember 8 characters min)
