Alteryx Connect Emails only Sending with Admin Account

Our Alteryx Connect instance throws an error when trying to send email (e.g. Share a workflow) with everyone except the Admin. The error message states: 'WARNING: Can't send mail. Could not send share to the following addresses.' The Admin can send an email without issue. 

Any ideas?

could you pls check catalina.out log file since there can be detailed error message why SMTP server can't send an email, probably refused by SMTP server setting?
