We are updating the requirements for Community registration. As of 7/21/21 all users will be required to register a phone number with their My Alteryx accounts. If you have already registered, you will be prompted on your next login to add your phone number.
Virtual Solution Center (VSC) allows you to connect with Alteryx solution experts in real-time. We have a team of people standing by, ready to help you with your ADAPT journey! The VSC is currently available in English and will be available across all time zones from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Mon.-Fri., in all Alteryx-supported regions.
We believe that the physical distancing we’re all experiencing doesn’t have to mean disconnection. In fact, it’s more important than ever to make smarter, more informed decisions--and to solve and learn together. Let’s keep sharing ideas about the power of data and analytics in today’s world.

Here are some tips for making the most of your session:
Make sure you have Alteryx installed. If not, please visit downloads.alteryx.com.
Make sure you have access to the data you want to use for the process.
Provide as much information as you can on what you are trying to accomplish to best prepare our Alteryx Experts to help.

To access, you need to be signed in to the community:
Once you are signed in, please go to our Programs page.
Once you are on the Programs page, click “Virtual Solution Center” to get started.
Now that you are on the Virtual Solutions Center Page:
Find the AlterBot in the lower right corner of your screen – the green-headed little one who’s asking “What can I help you with?”. If you don't see it, be sure that you disable any potential ad-blockers from the page.
Click on the AlterBot and tell our green-headed friend what kind of help you need.
If you have a product question or issue, you’ll be directed to our support resources and staff. If you have Alteryx installed and need help building something or working through a use case, you’ll be directed to our bookings page where you can select your topic and schedule your 1:1 time with an expert (human, not green-headed).
Note: Choosing the session that best aligns with your case ensures that we get the right Alteryx expert to help.
