No internet available, so I had to double up (in formula and Regex tool) on Regex as I could not figure out how to do in one step.

Fun challenge! The only thing on mine that is different is I didn't put the % in the winning percentage column because I wanted to keep them as numbers for future workflows. A data analyst would thank me 😜

A neat challenge, thank you, @ChristineB!  Tricky part I did not realize that some teams had trailing and leading white space, as the column header indicator was green (100% good for the column values).  Once I cleaned that up, my results tied and there were not duplicate teams based on white space ;)

I am still not able to post the spoiler - waiting on support ticket resolution.  See my solution attached.
