Learning about awesome Alteryx use cases up in the North West
This session will be hosted in Warrington at by our members from The Brookson Group and covering some great use cases around Alteryx and the NHS.
Agenda
6pm - Doors will open for our in person guests at 6pm, giving everyone time to have a quick natter and grab a drink before the call start.
6:15pm - The online meet will be opened and the meeting will be opened by Izzy (@Carlithian) and Charlotte (@CharlotteHalliday)
6:20pm - Automating Compliance Reporting for the NHS 🗞 For anyone who has created reports for compliance purposes will know how labour intensive they can be, especially when data has to be pulled from different systems, or be in a super specific format, or have a tiny window to be generated. But with all of that and strict monthly deadlines, you know you don't want to be doing it manually. Hear how the Brookson Group were able to use Alteryx to automate monthly compliance report's for multiple NHS Trusts.
-@helencairns and @jamesbarker from The Brookson Group 6:40pm - A quick break for refreshments, a little birdy tells me we will have pizza...well those in person at least.
7pm - Automating tender evaluations in NHS Supply Chain 🤖
During 2023 Framework renewals has been the main subject of discussion amongst the category teams Nicola worked with. Timelines were tight, resources were limited, and tender submissions were copious. Nicola will be talking to us about how Alteryx help their team to stay on time (and more importantly reduce stress) throughout this period.
Including a brief look at how Frameworks work in NHS Supply Chain, how Alteryx worked to help, and how this will be expanded in the future.
- Nicola Woodhouse (@PuffinPanic) from NHS Supply Chain
7:30 pm - Tips and Tricks 🦇
Finally we will wrap up the call with a quick Alteryx Tip/Trick from Izzy (@Carlithian) If there's anything you would like to see in this slot specifically let us know here.
7:40 pm - In person networking 🎉
After the call stick around and catch up with the other members of the community (there's even a couple of pub's near by for anyone who fancies it 😁 )
If you are joining us in person it would be helpful if you can fill out this super quick form
