was going mad trying to figure out why I was getting a different team. 

Seems like some people are filtering to 2016-2018 and some aren't . Took me ages to figure out why my numbers weren't adding up. 

Perhaps the start file changed at some point?

I began by creating a filter for the required years, then determined the winner in a formula using the goals for home and away teams. I then summarised, counting the number of times a teams was a winner and sampled the first one according to most wins.
