Hi, user group members! I lead the Dallas / Fort Worth user group, and Chris Lewis mentioned that I may post this information about meeting at Inspire: For anyone who is at the conference this week, we would like to have an informal meetup during lunch on Wednesday, May 18th! The lunch for all attendees is scheduled for 12:00 noon Mountain Time, and we will plan to meet at one or more tables in the lunch area at that time. Please look for me, as well as for ACE Charlie Squyers (he is much taller than I am :) ) and it would be great to sit together for a Texas user group lunch! Thanks, and I am looking forward to meeting as many of you in person as possible! Enjoy the conference! @Deanna

Hi All After taking a break to raise children, I am all set to return to job market. I have good grasp of Data Analytics, SQL, Tableau and completed Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification. Although during this time I never lost touch with technology and used the time productively to learn new things, but, due to gap in employment, it seems very difficult to get started again. Please let me know if you have any suitable position which requires knowledge in Alteryx Designer, SQL and/or Tableau, I am available immediately. Thanks in advance! Regards Arundhuti

We Ho Ho Ho-pe you can join us for the Q4 2021 Austin Alteryx User Group Meeting!
We'll be joined by a quartet of ACEs: @NicoleJohnson, @estherb47 , @MarqueeCrew, and @SeanAdams who will be sharing their best tips and tricks in the form of the 12 days of Christmas (Partridge in a pear tree, turtle doves, golden rings, the works!) After that, we'll play an interactive trivia game to test your knowledge of Alteryx. You can earn bragging rights and hopefully learn something new!
Agenda: 12:00-12:05 – Welcome and introductions
12:05-12:35 – 12 Days of Christmas Alteryx style (no singing involved...probably)
12:35-12:55 – Test your knowledge of Alteryx and learn something new with an interactive trivia game
12:55-1:00 – Closing

Hey everyone,
Thanks for all those who attended a great meeting! We had two great speakers present this quarter. The great Mark Frisch aka @MarqueeCrew and Shawn Mock aka @ShawnM.
Mark gave us some great insights into using RegEx both within the formula tool and within the RegEx tool itself and the pros and cons of both. It was really enlightening as I have never thought about the data preview in the Formula tool to use as guidance.
Shawn provided us with some great insights into the new 2021.3 release. I especially look forward to comparing workflows, turning tools into a macro, and seeing the new and improved disabled containers.
Here is the recording:
We look forward to our Q4 meeting on November 11th! Stay tuned for more details on that.
