save as user

Currently when we save our workflows, we use "Always run this workflow with these credentials" in the "set workflow credentials" link. We have the user set up as admin on the computer that hosts server. This works perfect until we change our LDAP password. We then have to go through the process of saving the workflow once again with the new credentials. We are using crew macro list runner and running the workflows from a shared drive (about 30 to 50 workflow files).

Is there an easier way to handle this so we don't have to keep going through the process and resaving each time we change our password. Please note in a team of 10, only a few of us has authorization to save these workflows to server. The team can run them but they run with the admin credentials they won't have access to. I cannot see a way to refresh the credentials in the workflows themselves in gallery /admin

Hi @d1miller99 ,

If you manually included the user and password in all workflows, there is no easier way to update it other than manually.

I suggest you start using the Gallery credentials and adding these to the workflows. Then, you will have a centralized space where you only need to update the password once.
