Gallery Data connection

My company has recently migrated from server A to sever B. Gallery data connections are not working from server A. We have been told by Alteryx support team we need to create new galley data connections on server B and change the connection I’d in the xml files of the workflows. 

Has anyone done this solution or can point me to the right way of achieving this .

Take a look here. I`ve created a simple example to show how to change the workflow XML in regard to data connections.

I heard the new version 23.1 doesn`t have this issue above so if you are luck enough to be on the most recent version, you don`t need to worry about this.
