"File not found" when trying to append to existing excel sheet on gallery

Attaching workflow below in case you want to try troubleshooting. It works locally fine, but when I try to run it through my private studio on the gallery it just keeps giving me the same error:

The job did not complete successfully and resulted in the following errors:

• Error while appending to existing sheet in Excel. File does not exist: C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Service\Staging\3888_1285c50efe714044b8cbcf1b2f9447af\ExcelName.xlsm (Tool Id: 2)

I spent lots of time going through the forums but can't for the life of me figure out what the issue is. I tried relative paths, double, triple checked names, dependencies, tried with packaged excel, unpackaged excel, nothing works. Keep getting the same error. Any help would be much appreciated
