Administrator access to License Server

Hello,

I am working in the IT team which manage Alteryx Server.

When accessing to the License Server via this URL

https://alteryx.flexnetoperations.com/flexnet/operationsportal/startPage.do

I only have access to Welcome and Download menus.

How can I have the other options allowign me to administer machines and users ?

Has Alteryx designated you as the license administrator?  They have with me, and I am able to see all those admin options.  You can check with Fulfillment@alteryx.com to see who they have designated as the license admin.  Might be someone in your purchasing department (that paid the bill).
