to make one of the amount 0 using multi-row

Hi,

In the attached image, I want my output where if material, plant Id are same and purchase order and item are different but surplus value is same for both rows , then row 2 of surplus value becomes 0. and we have amount in row 1 only.

As you said we can use the multi-row formula to settle this question.
Point is that we should set the option for Values for Rows that dont exist hightlighted as below.

I am unable to upload the data..

the input is as we can see in the attached image and in output column M row 2 becomes 0 as its duplicate amount and everything else remains same.

This is not working as it is giving the same value for Surplus value which we need for only unique Material in order to avoid duplicacy. Can you please suggest something else where it takes only Unique value for material and not purchase order or item number.
