i was thinking to make my last row without any decimal places while keep the others rows as it is in basic table tool. do you have any idea how to do it?
i tried to use dynamic/unknown field:
but the final table still shows decimals:

mmm, Keep in mind this a column not a row. May be you could do it before this becomes a table.
OR OR may be a rowrule.
Do you have a dummy workflow.

So here's the trouble: what you want is a rule to be applied to a row, but the decimal place rule is not available as a row rule. Why is it not available? I bet because the varying field formats might make it complicated to reliably apply such a style so it's not shown as an option.
Here's the trick, it is available if you use a style rule formula. Use the following expression as the Formula in a Row Rule:
"decimal-places:0;"
