I tried to open the "Open bug" after an error message was thrown.
Then, Alteryx gets frozen that I had to close Alteryx in Task manager.
I repeated this process multiple times. Why is "Open bug" not working?

It could be a problem with how the Analytic App is setup. Have you tried debugging the app in Designer?
As a side note, I remember a bug (I believe it was patched earlier this year) where I was unable to view the Debug workflow unless I unchecked the Use AMP Engine checkbox.
I was trying to avoid debugging in the Designer because I didn't want to change 40 something input files manually.

I believe screenshots and/or more context is needed. It seems solvable, either by debugging in Designer or finding what difference(s) the generic app setup has versus your custom app setup.
