Visual Layout tool not capturing new inputs

Hello.  I have a large workflow that uses Visual Layout tools to combine multiple tables and reports.  When I add new inputs, it doesn't seem to add the new data to the output.  Is anyone else encountering this issue?

Are you able to share the workflow, so we can investigate? 
Even a screenshot with the tables/visuals you arent seeing appear could be a helpful start if you are unable to share the entire workflow.

How large is the dataset passing through the workflow? If very large, have you tried increasing your memory limit? Memory Use | Alteryx Help

Memory limit can be increased by going to Options>User Settings and overriding the memory limit settings:

Thanks for the memory suggestion.  I tried that still doesn't seem to work.  

Below is a screen shot with one instance where the Visual Layout tool appears.  There are 7 inputs feeding into it.  The first 5 were added last year and do appear in the output.  I added inputs 6 and 7 yesterday and they are not incorporating into the output.  Thoughts?
