I am stuck in a simple looking problem, I can solve this in few number of step but that will not be intelligent solution, need suggestion / solution / Advice to solve this intelligently

Your issue here is that you want subtotals by day. Subtotals are not datapoints - they are visual aids. You can easily use a runing total tool on your column to see the amount decrease - and you can pull out the starting point via a summarize tool (max value in your running total column on each day) - but putting everything in one column isn't really data - it's a layout.
