Sharepoint login error: Cannot contact website

SO I all of the sudden started getting this error.  We did not change anything on sharepoint.  I ran the workflow several times, then all of the sudden this error popped up and can do anyhting since.

Any ideas?

Did your organization recently upgrade their SharePoint version?

If using one of the later version you may want to try logging in with the secret key / client ID:
