Sharepoint Tools so slow

Has anyone else came across the SharePoint tools being painfully slow and has anyone found a way to speed them up?

I agree they are slow - it’s because they are having to go through those APIs to pull data into Alteryx. Unfortunately I'm using is for lists so cant use that work around
