SharePoint Output tool Unknown Fatal Error

I keep getting an Unknown Fatal Error running this simple workflow to transfer a file from OneDrive to SharePoint. I'm able to select the SharePoint site, path, file, etc. Same issue with other workflows also.

We are having this same issue. Wish the error message had more description. Its weird that we are able to get the SharePoint File Input tool to work and pull the data but the SharePoint Output File tool gives this error every time.
