Output in one file in form of table chart and filter

Hi 

i have created two workflow based on parameters 

workflow one: 

where i am finding status of individuals who have not completed hours.

workflow two:  grouping by reward certificate as per individuals 

please find the ss attaches for reference.

i want both the output in one sheet as shown in the screenshot. 
and want to have a filter like structure. As explained.

i am not sure if alteryx offers such facility .

I would say use the table reporting tool and then union them, you might need to play around with the layout though.

@SahilArora3139 let me know if that helps, also possibly try labeling your ss next times as it was a bit difficult to follow/
