Matching data within different columns

I have a data set that contains invoice numbers and account names. Typically the invoice numbers are listed multiple times and they have a unique account number tied to them. I am looking to find a way to find any invoice number that may be tied to one or more account names.

For example:

Invoice Number	Account Owner
1	Michael Scott
1	Michael Scott
2	Michael Scott
2	Dwight Schrute
3	Jim Halpert
3	Jim Halpert

Expected Result

Invoice Number	Account Owner
1	Michael Scott
2	Michael Scott, Dwight Schrute
3	Jim Halpert

Basically I am looking to see which invoices are tied to multiple different account owner names.
