in the below screenshot for the update value it is not updating based on pnr_rec_loc_id(column name) value it takes value from the userbut doesn't updated and shows results for same pnr_rec_loc_id that is mentioned in the filter condition

Hey @Rajag2,

You replace an entrie formula with a Check Box. That wont work. 

I'd recommend you to use the debug mode (see the screenshot). When you execute this debug flow you will see what Alteryx actually does when you execute the workflow and how your formula looks like then.
