How to bulk insert (Update if existing) data into SQL table with encrypted columns.

I need to use Alteryx to bulk load into a bunch of SQL tables, and most of them have columns encryption.

Col1: varchar [11] COLLATE Latin1_General_BIN2 ENCRYPTED WITH (COLUMN_ENCRYPTION_KEY =  CEK1 , ENCRYPTION_TYPE = Randomized , ALGORITHM = 'AEAD_AES_256_CBC_HMAC_SHA_256') NOT NULL;

Col2: [int] ENCRYPTED WITH (COLUMN_ENCRYPTION_KEY = CEK1 , ENCRYPTION_TYPE = Randomized , ALGORITHM = 'AEAD_AES_256_CBC_HMAC_SHA_256') NOT NULL;

SQL server uses varchar[8000] for the data being encrypted because this is what I saw in the error message:  varchar [11] does not match with varchar [8000]. I need help from Alteryx how can I load data into a SQL table with encryption.
