How to resolve that?

Your license might have expired. Look under Options->Manage Licenses. Another reason could be that Designer can't access the license server. Contact fulfillment@alteryx.com

Thanks for your answer.. But it is stucking at that error message not opening canvas Or alteryx properly.
This is 3 years later at this point and I am running into the same issue, this time with 2024.1. It had been working fine for me, then I went to open it and I'm receiving an error and can't launch Designer or the Server app. Was there any resolution on this, because I'm hitting a brick wall in terms of trying any of the solutions I've found in the Knowledge Center.
