I am getting an error
the system cannot find the file specified.
can someone help me with this and build a sample workflow that is working.

i have also tried
port 465
encryption: ssl/tls and enabled smtp authentication. With username and password still not working.
I suspect its because you're not referencing the full path as to the location of the file you want to attach so Alteryx won't know where to look for the file, see my example below:
When you specify the file select the folder icon to the right of the box that pops up, then navigate to the folder and select the file that way
Does any other part of your process write to that file? Anywhere/anyone else who is likely to have it open?
No , i have mentioned the path to local drive. /personal one drive
Try attaching a different file and see if that works, will pin point if its the file itself or a wider issue
Creating a new output is not working too.
but if i select this option data is visible in the email body in the form of table but attachment is still showing same blank data which i attached above
