There needs to be a blank line that separates after each 11 lines. 

The header needs to be inserted 11 times and should look like this as a separate header for each of the metrics. Please guide me in this regard.

In the input tool, I have used the setting as First Row Contains Data when importing.

Please check the below setting in the input tool to get your issue resolved.

Okay. Thank you for clarifying.

In the actual workflow, the starting point is from cross tab and not the input data. I won't get to select first row has data here. Please suggest on how this can be linked to your workflow.
