Connect to more database server via alteryx, using only one input tool

Hi,

I please need help. Im working with alteryx for a longer tim, but only with the "basics" tools.

Now I have to connect alteryx to more database servers at once, from a list.txt-file with server names, using only ONE Input tool.

I tried it already with this flow (batch Marco), but it doesnt work. I found this solution in one forum.

Honestly, Im not sure if I set the parameters correctly etc.

Everytime I ran this macro, with the input of the list with the servernames, it always duplicates the same output 22 times only from one database server. ( In the list with the server names, there are 22 different servers).

Can anybody help me here with an appropriate solution ?

Can you share what the configuration window of the action tool looks like? My guess is that that just needs adjusted a bit. If you can screenshot what it looks like I think that we can point you in the right direction.

It looks like it is replacing the string DEFRNVMPGLDSQ01\INST1 in your query (Setting down below for replace specific string). The way that you currently have it set up it is looking for this value in the query to replace it with the values that you are feeding into the macro.
