Conditionally "Union" 2 columns into 1

Hi 

I am trying to combine 2 columns into on column but only if the value in another column is set to 'Yes'. I have figured out the Yes part, but I cannot get the data from column B (only the populated rows) to appear under the data from column A.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
