Bug in 'Search for workflows' on 'Open workflow panel'

I found a bug in 'Search for workflows' box on the 'Open workflow panel'

I have a workflow in the Gallery named "DB Prouction Issue Tracking". The search feature is working in an unexpected way for it.

This does indeed look like a bug.  Go to the support page and open a case.  Make sure to include details like your server version.

Unfortunately I can't post a ticket on the support page although I double-checked that I am using the same e-mail address for the community account as the one shown in the Serial number field of the Designer.
