Is there a way to make a specific column always the last column in the basic table tool? Not sure if there is a formula that would work in the 'Column Rules'.
Each time I run the workflow for a new month it puts that month at the end and the "Total" column is before it, not sure how to fix this.

the table works based on the incoming field order. what you can do is insert a select tool before the table and move the "Total" field to the very bottom (after the "*Unknown" field). any new unknown field will then be inserted between the latest year and the Total field.
Edit: you can do this directly in the Table tool by moving the "Dynamic or Unknown Fields" above the Total field.
