Alteryx Workflow error - Number of records exceeds the Excel maximum (1048575)

Question

Hi

I am getting an error in Workflow which says :

''Error - ToolId 139: Number of records exceeds the Excel maximum (1048575). Remaining records will be truncated.''

It was working just fine until the start of month and i stated getting this error since last week.

The workflow generates 6 output files and i see due to this error on one of that gets updated and rest does not change.

Can somebody please assist me here.
