Alteryx Workflow error - Number of records exceeds the Excel maximum (1048575)

Hi

I am getting an error in Workflow which says : 

''Error - ToolId 139: Number of records exceeds the Excel maximum (1048575). Remaining records will be truncated.''

It was working just fine until the start of month and i stated getting this error since last week. 

The workflow generates 6 output files and i see due to this error on one of that gets updated and rest does not change.

Can somebody please assist me here.

If you are still having trouble, can you please reply back with a copy of your workflow and some sample data so the Community can troubleshoot further?
