Alteryx Chained App: Unknown Fatal Error

We have a three part chained app. Only the first part actually has user input and the second and third part are 'transformation' workflows that process the inputted data and takes it into the DB. When the third part runs an 'Unknown Fatal Error' immediately occurs and the workflow is cancelled. Does anyone know why this may be happening? I have tried to put unused radio buttons in the transformation workflows, we have checked the paths and when it is just two it works. I'm not sure what else we can do. Thanks!

Hi @wesley18mendonca_ thank you for getting back to me! I was unable to show my workflows but after speaking with some Alteryx experts and trying everything we concluded that we just had a bug that couldn't be fixed and decided to condense the chained app to avoid it. Not a great solution but there isn't much information about this particular error on the forums. Thank you!
