This functionality is currently available in the Designer Cloud (Trifacta Classic) application. (If this application is not visible in your AACP landing page, then please review the discussion here to enable it.) You can create pre-job or post-job SQL scripts, which run after a job has been initiated but before ingestion takes place, and after results have been generated and published, respectively. For more information, please see the doc here. I am not sure if stored procedures can be called, though based on the Limitations section in that doc...
