Comparing the structure of 2 financial statements

I'm looking at creating a workflow that takes the 2 most recent quarterly financial report of a bank and looks at if the structure ha been changed. I want to know if the specific rows are located  in the same place or if its been moved or changed. I want to output the rows name and location and true or false statement if its been changed with the new quarterly report. I have inputted 2 RBC quartely reports and I want to know if page 2 and 3 in both excel files follow the same structure.
