Why can't I upgrade a user to Organisational Admin in Auto Insights?

Solution: 

As an Auto Insights Organisational Admin in your company, you will be able to provision licences to users with the following roles only:

• User
• Administrator

To promote a User/Admin profile to an Organisation Admin profile, you will need to raise a ticket to Alteryx support and the support team will reach out accordingly.
