Take a moment to introduce yourself to the Community. We'd love to get to know you!
Learn MoreHi Team,
I recently joined a firm as a Business Analyst. I am into Alteryx ,Tableau & SQL. I want to learn and grow as Alteryx is a very helpful tool which makes it easier to work on data and transform it as per the business needs with drag and drop tool.
I got a mentor who encouraged to go ahead and learn and crack Alteryx Certification.
Thanks @mbarone . Could you please help me with the further steps to crack the Alteryx Certification.
Thanks & Regards,
Chetan Kumar
Welcome to the Community @Chetan01 ! I have no doubt you'll get that Designer Core Certification quicker than you think. First thing I would do is head on over to the Academy section of the Community and check out all the different Learning Paths . I'd start out with Getting Started Learning Path . Much of it will be review, but always good to hone those skills and see new examples. Then try your hand at a few Weekly Challenges . Once you have several of those under your belt, give the Designer Core Certification a shot! You can always re-take it if you need to (the Designer Core Certification is free!).
As you work through problems, be sure to avail yourself of the Tool Mastery Index - a great resource for taking a deep dive into the tools.
And if you get stuck on something you just can't seem to crack, post your question to the Designer Discussions Board . You'll find that this is the best Community out there with lots of people willing to help out!
Good luck, and keep us updated,
Cheers!
Hi @Chetan01, welcome to the Alteryx Community and thank you for introducing yourself!
hey @Chetan01 , hope you're enjoying your Alteryx journey so far. How have you found it up to this point?
Be sure to have a look around the community - its really a fantastic place for learning. A couple of resources I would especially recommend knowing about are:
I hope you find Alteryx to be easy to learn, and intuitive to use. Do remember that almost every tool has an example workflow and help documentation if you right click the tool in the tool palette:
("Help" for the tool documentation, "Open Example" for the example workflow).
And be sure to search for/ask for help on the community if you get stuck. Alternatively, feel free to drop me a message here on the community!
Cheers,
