Wasn't able to access the drivetime data, so estimated avg distance for a 30min drive. Think I got pretty close.

My solution below - I don't have the drivetime dataset so used a simple set distance radius

I did manually play around with the radius value and found that a radius of 11.57 miles got me closest to the same intersection area as the one in the expected output.
Also added back the original spatial points to make for a nice map output.

I don't have access to the extension so I just converted 30 minute drive time to mile radius. Here is my solution

Like many others I don't have the drivetime data so used a fixed radius instead

Had to get creative since I don't have Drivetime installed, I will update when I do
