My solution is below:

Okay, so I wanted to use only the core tool set.
-I used 2 RecordIDs, 2 Text to Columns, a JOIN, a Union, Crosstab and a Find and Replace.
-One thing that I did on the CrossTab was to use Pipes vice commas, as this allowed for easier separation vice using the default comma.
