This exercise was solved using core tool set and it really evaluates the thinking process to transform data (went into lot of steps so containerized it). It was brilliant exercise.

Well, PMID copy and creating sequence has cut the steps into half in actual provided. Didn't struck and learning continues 🙂

My solution to this challenge ! It gave me quite a headache and I had to use community resources to solve it. Ended up with a workflow similar to @JoshKushner 👍
