My solution is attached. This didn't seem clear from the "goal" paragraph, but I guess the objective is to only group by HP Category for the 3-month average?

That was a bit of a false start... Corrected solution below.

As some have mentioned, the r6mo calculations seem not to group by HP category so this is what might differ with my solution.
