I bought a lighted marquee box to decorate my office, and I have had a lot of fun updating the message. However, it takes a long time to sort through the letter tiles to see if I have enough for the message I have in mind.
For this challenge, please build an app that will make sure that I have enough of each letter for my desired message. Note, some tiles can be used for multiple characters (e.g. 6 and 9, O and zero).
You don't need to check the message for fit (although, if you want an extra challenge, my marquee box can hold three rows of eight tiles).
