Got the same values as the solution but somehow not comparing everything on a case-insensitive basis seemed wrong to me so I also included a stream which converts all words to lowercase after parsing which then gives different outputs to the solution

My totals seemed slightly off from the solution provided-- maybe the original source is different now than it was....

Either way I followed the solution and seemed to be shot for shot the same in workflow steps.

My solution. What a tool Regex for any software programming.

Like many others my numbers are slightly different. I narrowed the analysis to the text itself and was more stringent in my definition of a word, as well as eliminated case.

Same as others, cannot match solution numbers. Not even the same number of words, so off from the get-go. Workflow is similiar, so the gist of the challenge is complete.
