This whole challenge hurt my brain. Learnt about the STRCSPN function though which is clever. Also had to work out how to keep the title case, That is genius too!

All but the caps in Quotes.  My regex match on capital cases wasn't working.

Ugly, but I got there... I ended up using more paths than felt optimal but it was the only way my brain could think through the logic.

@lwolfie - You probably had the same issue that I did. You need to put 0 at the end of your RegEx Match clause to be case sensitive. 

 

This was my Regex_CountMatches formula:

REGEX_CountMatches([Message], "\u", 0)

 

I initially just did

REGEX_CountMatches([Message], "\u")

 

and I could not figure out why it wasn't only returning the uppercase for the longest time
