Thank you for sharing, @dylanpoppinghaus. This is the registration confirmation email, and even though I can't see the time zone (the print is cut), this behavior might be related to your settings in your Community profile. Can you please check your profile and confirm if your time zone was set to a different time other than AEST?
Click on your Avatar on the top right > My Community Settings > Preferences.
Then you can change by clicking on the arrow, select your time zone accordingly and hit Save!
Hope that solves the problem. 😀
