Trying to download newest version of Designer - myAlteryx SSO problem

I have a valid key and downloaded 2021.3.5 almost 2 months ago.  Now I get the yellow banner in Designer telling me there is a newer version available.  When I get taken to the download site, I log in to myAlteryx, but get the following message.  I am at a total loss here.  Can someone assist with this?

I googled the "FlexNet" and it appears that it is a license manage software.
Therefore you need to talk with your administrator of flexnet most likely.
